Remove existing fence and install a new one: Mid Atlantic Millworker: Kevin Johnson came in introduced himself and told us what he was here to do. He was here to remove and replace the fence. He then went outside to get measurements, came back in with the price. After evaluating all the bids we selected Mid Atlantic Millwork to perform the work “He then told us that he planned to start on March 2 and complete on March 4. Since (Everett’s landscaping, see my review) completed on time this was made possible. About a week before the work was scheduled to start the utility companies came out to mark their underground lines. On March 1 the materials came out to the site and except for a minor miscommunication, everything else went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to others because their scope, schedule, cost and execution made them the lowest responsive bidder. They left the site in a neat clean condition with no damage to the grass or the property.

I wouldnâ t recommend anyone other than Kevin for fence work! I was throughly impressed by his timing with quotes, permits, installing. He and his crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was just as we liked and even was able to make some changes day of install. Canâ t say anything but great things about his workers. They were very respectful of the property and my family. They worked from 9-sundown and put in impressive hard work. If youâ ve came across their business, donâ t go anywhere else!

I had a super great experience with these guys! They had no problem being micromanaged LOL. I wish I would have hired them for my backyard fencing instead of that other company which I don't think I'm allowed to say D. D.ð
