"There were a group of homeowners/friends/family on our Cul-De-Sac that were interested in getting cement work completed. Some needed a new driveway, others needed a new patio and others just wanted to expand their existing driveway. I took the lead on this as my project was the largest by far, New and wider driveway, back patio and new front porch and sidewalks, and went out and received three quotes for the work each family wanted to do. We all sit down and hashed out the three bids and ended up selecting Experience Concrete Designs to do the work. Based on the amount of work that was to be accomplished Justin had given us a very considerable discount. When three of the projects fell through and only my daughter and I had signed contracts, Justin still honored the quotes that he had given us. My wife and I are glad that we found this company. They came in and walked around our property with us and listened to our idea of what we wanted done with our concrete projects at our home. Based on our inputs we sat down and discussed what we wanted the final project to look like. Justin took in all of our wants and made suggestions on what he thought would benefit us down the road based on mine and my wife’s disabilities. We moved forward not really knowing what the final project would look like, but we put our trust into Justin’s hands based on the research that we had conducted and recommendations from others. As things got started with were able to see Justin’s vision along with our wants and needs. He went above and beyond all of our expectations. He removed and added things that we had not discussed based on what he knew of our personalities and expectations. Wow is all that we can say on the final outcome. Of the additional things and issues that he encounter along the way, never did he ask for additional funds from us. He and his crew just made it happen. Justin has also came back and treated one of the three that dropped out on the initial projects and now has a contract in place with her to replace her existing driveway and to explain it to a two car driveway. He not only honored the original quote he gave her a considerable discount for the additional work. We are so happy with this that we are going to be working with Justin again in the near future to get some paver stone work done in the back of our property. "JES YES! If you need courteous, professional, high quality work then ask for Tiger, Johnathan Rouse and Jerome Highter. This team did major work in my crawl space to provide new support to old floor joists and replaced main beams. I had 12 intellijacks installed as well as supplemental beams, band board and sill plate replacement. I have a new high level mark to compare other contractors to. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and were patient with all my questions. No injuries and no shortcuts! The only pain I have is where my cheek muscles hurt from smiling. Thank you team!"
