My first date to have work done was May 2nd. They had to reschedule to end of June, couldn't come, and then to end of July! In the meantime, July 7th we had a flash flood with a record breaking 7 in. of rain in just over an hour. You guessed it, I got a very wet, carpeted basement. I'm a single woman who works 12 hour shifts. I was not happy to come home to water to clean up the day before I was to leave for a weekend trip. If my new system had been in place, I wouldn't have had to deal with this. The workers and salesman all seemed like fine people but I kept getting emails about my work to be done on May 2 clear until the end of July. The communication is terrible. Now the guy who did the last part of the work, which is still not done, mind you, says he has no idea when they will finish! Yet my first payment is due August 22nd. The quality of work, so far appears to be good, but like I said they are not done yet. It's August 2nd and I have no idea when the job will be completed. I have arranged my schedule for them 4x already, and will apparently have to do it again. Guys were pleasant, cleaned up fairly well, but the customer service stinks. That's why I am giving this company a low 2.5 star overall rating. I expected so much better.

Overpriced. Customer service is limited. Customer service is ok if you don't have an emergency.

Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract.

I was under a very strict timetable to have the job done by a certain date. MidAmerica went the extra distance and got the job done on time. Chris was the sales/engineer and did an excellent job explaining the system, helped get the job done on time and followed up to make sure the job was completed properly

Cole was very thorough with his explanation of services. Very personable. The company has a very professional quality in their customer service, on the phone, via email and in person. I gave them a down payment and they will notify me when they can come and complete my sidewalk. It won't me till June as they are booked but that is fine. I will be sure to get back with you once the job is completed.
