He broke my waterline. I helped him fix it. He charged me extra for his negligence. (not replacing plastic fitting. ) He lied to my wife and made her pay an extra $150. Said I ok it. No, never again.

Michael is very professional, courteous, responsive, and respectful. His knowledge and expertise gives me the confidence that our water issues have been resolved. He was punctual for the initial evaluation and the installation appointments. The installation was done in a workmanship manner, leaving the work area clean when he was finished. He explained what was needed, how it would be done, and gave me the cost before coming out to do the work. I did not need anything done that wasn't on the original estimate, however, if something unforeseen had come up, I would have been happy to approve his honest recommendation. He has been responsive to my questions after the installation and based on my experience so far, I anticipate that he will be there for me in the future if anything does arise.. I would highly recommend Michael for your water needs.

Michael was incredible to work with. He was able to install our system 2 days after coming to look at what was needed, and finished the work in a single morning. Our system works wonderfully and the water tastes amazing! Michael stayed for an hour after he was finished installing to go over the system with me so I understood how everything works. He also went out of his way and ordered a water faucet to match the sink faucet we have. Overall, this was a great process and I would definitely recommend Michael for any water system needs!

Michael came out and gave an estimate and the scope of work be going to be performed. Michael then scheduled an appointment two days later. Called prior to arriving, once arrived work was completed in less than 1 hour. Had a water test a few days later - all passed!
