Mike came out on a Saturday, spent about 2 hrs explaining our water, the science behind what we would be getting, how the system would work and helped find a system that would fit our home and water consumption. He then returned the same week to install our unit and again made sure we had all the information and education we would need to take care of our unit to guarantee our investment lasts.

Mr. Keiser called me on a Sunday evening shortly after my inquiry. He was polite and informative. He was available for the initial appointment in 3 days and had the job done 4 days later. He and his helpers were all very nice, polite, and punctual. They cleaned up afterward beautifully. Mr. Keiser is very knowledgeable, and it is important to him that you get exactly what you want and need. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I only wish he could handle all of my homeownership needs!
