Three Families, LLC

We paid for the project up front. They painted half the deck and did not finish building the rest. It has now been two months and we have heard very excuse in the book on why they can not show up. Including sick days, car accidents, accusing the previous builder of doing bad work, etc. We have also spent money verifying the current structure is sound and now they want us to get an engineer to test the soil. We have also paid for ALL materials. They still refuse to put in the supposed three days of work left on the project, meanwhile we have an unsecured deck in our yard all summer. We have learned our lesson about paying in advance. They will no longer answer my calls. At this point I would like a partial refund (I am happy to pay for the little work they DID do), but they wont answer my calls in the past week.
