Michael J Muldoon Painting & Powerwashing

I am a person who likes to reward someone with pride in the quality of their work, which is why I am writing this review. We needed someone to power wash our house and roof, paint the exterior of our house, and scrape and paint the window frames on the exterior of our house. After going through Home Advisor and reading Mike’s reviews both on this site and online, I called him for an estimate. His estimate came quickly. I’m the type of person that I don’t trust you until I trust you, especially with work being done on our house. He told me multiple times that his work would speak for itself, and he also showed me pictures of previous work he had done and repeat customer work. His estimate was a fair price for the quality of work that was given to us. Mike arrived on the first morning and began power washing our house. Our roof was laden with algae and moss patches. He spent a significant amount of time scrubbing the roof because he didn’t want to harm our roof shingles. Our chimney was completely black, and it looks incredible now. The power washing job was just the way we wanted it, and it looked like a new house. And then he started painting the house and scraping the window frames and repainting them with two coats by hand (not sprayed on). Mike’s attention to detail and the quality of work he did was everything he said it would be. He was very professional and courteous and polite. He always put dropcloths down so as not to harm even our outside landscaping. In order to paint the one side of our house, he had to trim some of the bushes and even cleaned up the bushes and put them in garbage bags so we did not have to do it. Mike cleaned up after himself daily, and I can assuredly say he went above and beyond to do a good job. I would highly recommend him without reservation and plan to call him for some interior painting within the next year. I recommended him to all my neighbors and even my friends on Facebook, and I wouldn’t do that unless I implicitly believed in his work. Even my dogs loved him!

We called Mike to get an estimate to paint the woodwork on our 1st floor. Mike came right away, on time , polite and a very reasonable price, Mike is extremly professional,his work is beautiful and he is not at all intrusive while in your home. We were so pleased we hired him again to paint our 2nd floor. We are telling all of our friends we have finally found a painter that we are happy to recommend.

We hired Mike to paint one of our bedrooms that had a number of peeling paint areas and cracks. Mike was prompt to come and provide us with an estimate and was very friendly and completely described the steps he would follow. Mike was very detailed in addressing the problem areas in the room and we were extremely pleased with the finished product. I highly recommend Mike.

MIke is a true professional. The work that he does, does not compare to anyone else. His close attention to details and how he transforms a room to make it look brand new is simply amazing. He did a full interior for us and we know that we never look for another painter again. I would recommend his services to anyone that is looking for a great painter.

Michael Muldoon is extremely professional and pays very close attention to detail. He is very knowledgeable and made excellent suggestions. I am so pleased with the results and plan to hire him again in March. He has a very pleasant personality which is a real plus!

My wife and I hired Mike to remove a wall border and paint our family room. When he came out to give us a quote my wife and I were both sold. You can tell that Mike cares deeply and takes great pride in his work. We will be hiring him again to paint other rooms in our home. Look no further then Mike he is the best period!
