Bruce was very professional. I was pleased that he did not attempt to sell me products that weren't needed, and took the time to explain exactly what he would do and completed the task in a timely manner. He cleaned up after completing the work. I will be referring him to friends and family in the future.

I really just wanted to know if I could insulate the inner walls of the lower level of my bi level home. He is actually a home inspector and I was expecting an insulation company but, he came with an infrared camera and looked for leaks in windows and baseboards. Also drilled a hole to see if I had insulation in the garage ceiling and did re patch it afterward. Also peeked in the attic to assess the insulation there, at my request. Was able to tell me that insulation in the inner walls would do nothing for my issues and is not a good idea unless you want to soundproof a room. I did appreciate the info because another company told me they could just blow insulation in the walls for $2300 but, they did no inspection and did not even check to see that there was already insulation in the garage ceiling. the inspection was a bit pricey ($175) for the information that I really needed, which was whether or not I could insulate. I was not looking for a full home inspection nor did I receive one which is why I gave a 4 for cust service and a 3.5 for value. But, overall info given was helpful.

Good experience from beginning to end !! Bruce was great and definitely knows his business. He pointed out things I wasn't even aware of. They arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up everything when they left. I'm always a little leery hiring companies that haven't been suggested to me, but I found a good service company with honest people. It's nice to do business with people you can trust !! The work done was high quality and very flexible in terms of scheduling. Bruce was extremely knowledgeable regarding the various aspects of properly venting a house. He was able to give a thorough assessment, pointing out various areas I could make improvements on my own and in the future. This is in contrast to many companies that are only interested in creating opportunities to make additional sales. I would recommend their services to any homeowner looking to have insulation installed.

The owner and helper were very prompt, friendly, and professional. More like help from a very good old family friend. They made suggestions that would save me additional time and money and make my home more comfortable.

Metropolitan gave us the best price compared to 3 other estimates. Work was of the highest quality. Had a water pipe on an outside wall in a porch overhang. We are experiencing a very cold winter and no pipe freeze. Bruce went overboard with the insulation. Great job.

The service was very professional. His bid for the project was lower or equivalent to others, but he provided more for the money. I would definitely use this company for future projects.
