Very prompt service. Quality was excellent. They cleaned up very well when they were done and our driveway looks amazing! Their attention to details shows how much they care.

The company is capable but lacks in customer service. Don't buy in to their warranty. I built a new home and the day of closing had bobs come and install a patio and sidewalk. I was concerned about setting and the concrete cracking, Bob assured me that the rebar he used and technique used would prevent that from happening. Not to mention if it did crack he would repair or replace. Since I didn't have grass yet, the crew did little excavating. I also noticed they were a little shy on the class 5 base. Anyways they poured the slab, it looked beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I was very satisfied and felt I was in good hands. Well winter came and went and the first spring I had a crack. Called Bob, he came and looked at it 4 months later randomly at his convenience by some miracle I was home from work. He smeared some ardex in and said "that should help" if it gets any bigger we will replace for free. Well each year it gets bigger and Bob avoids my calls and emails. The 3rd spring, he shows up after I told him I wanted to extend the area a little bit and wanted to know if he could tend to the warranty at that time. Sure, he says! He came out looked at it and gave me a price that was more than what I originally spent on areas 4x the size. Some warranty and after talking to other neighbors who had a similar service Bob was about 20% higher than the competition.

Very professional and experienced. Bob is of the old school and does work with a handshake. And he kept his end of the bargain. We are unlikely to need concrete service anytime soon but if we did we would use Metropolitan.

These guys do a great job.

Bob kept me informed of dates and times. He and his crew (Greg and Chad) were here 10 minutes early and ready to work every scheduled day. Arranged the sign-off and inspection and worked well with the plumbing contractor (Neil from Midwest Plumbing). We removed 80 year old basement floor and replaced drainage system. Bob repoured floor and added poly and styrofoam sheets for radon abatement, drain tile & sump pump bucket. Our next project with him is front steps, front patio and and sideyard sidewalk plus some back and front steps repair. I highly recommend! (p.s. his crew appreciates cookies and zucchini bread)

These guys really work hard, great job cleaned up all the mess. Already have neighbors saying how nice a job they did. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.
