Mike and his partner was very courteous, neat, friendly, helpful, and fair with their pricing. I added wall paper removal and painting to my project and was very pleased with the results. I plan on using Metropolitan Construction LLC for some exterior work also. I highly recommend Metropolitan Construction LLC to anyone looking for a home improvement projects.

First thing was punctuality: On time, straightforward, and pleasant to work with! Excellent work and focus. Fair prices. Replaced the drywall and insulation in our garage. Painted shelving and installed baseboards (what a nice touch)! We are very pleased and look forward to having Mike help us again in the future. Would highly recommend!!

Mike did a great job removing wallpaper, and painting after my roof leak. He also did other painting exterior for me. My girlfriend had him paint whole inside. She loves it too.

We needed to use a razor to remove paint on window. We also had to touch up missing paint around window. Tile job was particularly poor. Tile is uneven. We need to use a rug to protect our feet. Also, grout lines are very uneven. Again, we used a razor to help straighten them but the areas where grout is too thin just look poor. Person who did tile seemed particularly "strange". Despite calls to contractor he has "reasons" he is not available to come out to correct the job.

Mike from Metropolitan Construction did an outstanding job. He takes his time to get as close to perfection as possible. He is prompt, on time for appointments and leaves no mess. His edging is better than I could ever have done. Top it off, his prices are competitive; about 10% below the other quote I received.
