I have wanted a new kitchen for some time, now I have one. It will take some getting use to, over all I like it. I love the look and function of the cabinets. The cabinet installers were great. If given the opportunity, I would have made some selections and placement decisions that are more relevant to how I like to work in the space. The appliance company recommended is excellent! The sales person was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with recommendations. He even took into consideration the various handles on the appliances, providing a cohesive finished look. The after sales team is also excellent and customer service oriented. Some of the contractor work team are more experienced than others. However, when issues were identified, they were resolved for delivery of a good finished product. For detail oriented customers such as myself, I'd suggest you set the pace, ask questions early and often and require clarity, it would be best to finalize all detail before the work starts.

My wife and I had an awesome experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design. The owner and design consultant Susan was highly knowledgeable and capable when it came to meeting our expectations for remodeling. She made wonderful suggestions and added her own signature touch. The professionals that did the work are the best! We are so happy to have chosen Metro Flooring & Interior Design to do the remodeling of two bathrooms, the kitchen and one bedroom. My wife and I feel we are in a brand new home.

Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC did a total redesign and remodel on my kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and living room. As part of the remodeling project, the electrical panel was updated, recessed lighting was installed throughout, installation of crown molding, painting of living room, dining room, hallway, and bedroom, and new hardwood flooring in these areas was accomplished. Susan and her very competent and expert construction crew transformed my 1970's kitchen and bathrooms into 21st century space worthy of an "Architectural Digest" article. Susan took the time to learn who I was before designing the space and selecting wall colors and recommending bathroom tile and design. She kept me informed of the project's progress every step of the way and checked on the construction crew frequently and on me daily. Her construction team are true craftsmen and are extremely knowledgeable of their craft. All pieces of the project were completed in the time frame presented and at the prices quoted. Susan's project management skills are to be commended! All this work, including electrical panel upgrade and heavy up, as well as demolition, and construction was completed in 4 weeks - Unbelievable!! Never seen this much work coordinated and performed in such a reasonable time period and meet all of the project's stated time frames. Everyone on the various teams working on this project were courteous and professional and treated me and my home with the upmost respect. Everything selected for the renovation was done with care and consideration and materials used was of extremely great quality. I am very happy with the cabinets, granite counters and back splash, under cabinet lighting, double sink, fixtures, crown molding, paint colors, workmanship -- Everything!!! So glad I met Susan and her colleagues from Metro Flooring and Interior Design, LLC, as well as her construction/renovation team of professionals. I will be using this company again and again for all future projects. Thank you, Susan, for a wonderful uneventful experience and for your expertise, patience and kindness.

Metro Flooring and Design did an outstanding job on my home improvement project. I especially like that they are a one-stop shop. The new flooring, lighting and paint make my house look updated and upscale. Susan and her team are very professional and their quality of work is exceptional.

Susan and team were efficient and professional, she came in and listened to your ideas and ran with it from there. Her team worked daily to complete the work within the time said. I would recommend this company. I am very happy with the results.

The job started back in April; it is not complete and it is extremely poor customer service; the Service Professional who is not professional and who threw my dishwasher without a permission, makes excuses for mistakes and I just want my kitchen finished.

My overall experience with Metro Flooring & Interior Design was absolutely awesome! The contractors were all incredibly nice and so professional.
