The company called soon after I made my request, and got someone out here that evening to check the problem. The next day they came out and completed the repair the same day. They were responsive, efficient, fair, and got the job done. I am very happy with them.

Jim diagnosed problem, his assistant made quick works of repairs! Recommended better filtration, adjusted gauges. Cost: $125 service call invoice Called at 10 a.m. and problem was gixed by 2 p.m. Great company!!! Invested in consumers!

Showed up day 1 and took a service fee from of 125.00 and scheduled a follow up and cancelled day before. Scheduled for following week and called at 5:30 day before to say they could not do the job. Said it was to far of travel. NEVER RECOMMEND METAMORA SERVICE TO ANYONE

This job was a community well at one time that was in his garage now.There is no way we can put a truck over it. We were going to try to bring extra guys to try to hand pull. We had 2 injured with back issues which i explained to gentleman plus one guy started chemo. Not having any knowledge on how big pump was injuring our techs yes we declined the job. Oakland county doesn't have info on this well being a community well they are usually large pumps.

Knowledgeable about my issue with the water being grey and smelly. Checked out my system and chlorinated the well. Took care of the problem.

I called and spoke to an employee who asked many questions about my project. She said the service guys would be there shortly. Twenty minutes later they arrived with the parts they needed and a pressure tank for my well all was installed and operating within 25 minutes. They were polite and professional and I am sure I will call them first for my next project.

They returned the call very quickly. Metamora walked me via the phone on some suggestions on what might fix it right away. They scheduled a service for the next day. They arrived on time, walked through the potential issues and identified the real issue. They replaced the pump and it all work. Hard to judge pricing but it felt in the right place. So I was very happy overall. The Staff were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend them.
