Great company

Both Devon and Sam were good workers and very responsive to my needs. They quickly fixed two outlets and then helped me label my entire electric box in the basement. I now know which switch to use for every outlet and appliance in the house. They were efficient and organized. This is the second time using MercaWood Electric, if I need additional electric work done around the house I would certainly use them again.

I first contacted Mercawood electric to get a quote to have a hook up installed for my portable generator, to run my home in a power outage. Jeremy came buy went over the job offered me options and explained them very clearly. After deciding what hook up was best for me, a got a call from the office about 30 minutes or so later and set up an appointment for the work. They gave me a date and time, they showed up rite on time and were very professional and friendly. As Jeremy and his crew were doing the install, they answered any question I had and explained everything. After they were done Jeremy went over how to hook up the generator when I need to use it. Jeremy then shut down my power and hooked up the generator to make sure everything worked correctly. Jeremy went out of his way to take the time to explain and show me how to use the generator and how to plug it in to run my home. BEST of all, the price I was quoted was not what I paid, IT WAS LESS. So not only are they professional and friendly they are reliable and trustworthy. Great over all experience, Great job, Great company, and GREAT price. I will recommend them, in fact I gave their info to my brother, mother in law and other family members, and I will use them again. If I trust them enough to recommend to family, you know their a great company. I can't say enough about the quality of my experience from begging to end.

Showed up promptly on two separate issues I had with my breaker box. The unit was old and needed replacement. I got quotes from a couple of vendors. Mercawood quoted half as much. And once the work was done, they over quoted and the final price was even lower. Incredibly honest and dependable.

I cannot recommend MercaWood more! The team arrived at my home for our 9 am appt at 8:50 and rang my doorbell at 9:00:00. They were masked, asked if they should take their shoes off inside, communicated with me every step of the way and were overall just FANTASTIC! I HIGHLY recommend Jeremy and his team!

Very good experience! Merkawood's Jeremy came promptly at the appointed time two days in a row. Jeremy listened to our needs and followed through on all points. He and another employee were courteous and professional. All of the work requested was completed to our satisfaction. We will call on this company again without hesitation when needed.
