Memo and his crew are wonderful. They have done several renovation jobs on our old brick house. Very communicative and committed to customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with the latest project: 2 replacement windows, exterior wall insulation, drywall ceiling over plaster, and crown moulding. They were so respectful of sealing off the work area and leaving everything immaculate!

When our soffit hid an unusual & unsafe crossbeam as a roof support, Memo called us immediately. He resolved the issue with creativity & craftsmanship. /Memo and his crew arrive early. Memo assigns each individual crew mgember to one of the Construction tasks of the day so four different projects are running concurrently while Memo overseas all of it. They crew are skilled and talented at what they do and deliver the highest quality I give them five star rating and would definitely hire them again and will do so in the near future.

Memo renovated my apartment and I couldn’t ask for anything better. All the rooms he did, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room are absolutely perfect and I would highly recommend him.

The work was outstanding from start to finish. Memo is detail-oriented and is a great communicator. We had to do painting, repair walls, and redo floors following a burst pipe and major flooding. The work was done within two weeks. We had a general idea for what we wanted for floor and wall colors, and Memo got us the samples and then got the final product from the store to install - no extra work on our part. We also installed a new window under where the leak was, and it looks great. I would highly recommend Memo and the team (such nice guys) to anybody.

This man did a horrible job. Be careful do not hire him. Check, there are reviews. We have pictures, we're being putting on. He put our French door that goes to the back yard on backwards and upside down. He didn't finish spacling, and painting. He left cracks, didn't feel grout. There's so much to say and I don't know if it's what to say it's just too much so check out the pictures and you'll see what we 're talking about Be careful don't let what happened happen to us happened to you. Now we have to hire someone else to come in and finish up his work that he was supposed to get done that. He got paid for we trusted him. And we paid him in full. He said he would come back and do, but when my wife told him that the door the thing is upside down and backwards. That's when he skipped out on us If he's looking for a lawsuit, he's going to be. Look, he's going to be getting one. So would you be careful

Fantastic work, reasonably priced, very professional and polite. This is the second project I?ve done with memo and as more home up, he?ll have more work from us.

No words could possibly do my experience with Memo justice. Memo is incredible at what he does. He is beyond fair, so quick, reliable, meticulous, and he absolutely does not cut corners. I am so impressed with his work. I loved working with his team. Everyone is so responsive, kind, and skilled at what they do. My bathroom looks perfect and he kept me in the loop along the way. They not only do an amazing job, they do a great job cleaning up after too. I cannot recommend Memo enough! I look forward to working with him again!
