Cleaning was average for price. My issue was her unreliability. Rescheduled several times and the last time she just never showed, never called to explain. Also she posted on another site that should be glad to explain if I contacted her which I already had several times but did so again with no response.

Melissa did a phenomenal job cleaning our house. We have a lot of pets and the house is always sparkling clean after she is done. We are so excited to hire her on a regular basis She does a great job and I highly recommend her.

We have used regular house cleaners before, but after Melissa worked on our home for the first time, it felt as clean as it was when we first bought it 12 years ago. She is meticulous and takes pride in her work. She is a keeper.

Melissa did an amazing job with her first cleaning for us and we will use her again on a regular basis. We don't think our house has been this clean in a long time and we have had others in before her. She came out and did an initial visit prior to the first cleaning to talk through what we expected and to explain how she worked. The rate is great and her work is above all expectations.

Melissa was amazing! She was prompt, professional, friendly and made my house look and feel brand new again. I have been in property management for both residential and commercial properties for over 25 years and she has got to be one of the best and most detailed individuals when it comes to cleaning I have ever met. Without hesitation I will be using again!
