The work was done efficiently and we'll. We had an old stone and cement wall removed, a wooden retaining wall replaced with a stone one and the front lawn filled in. Everything came out beautifully. They take pride in their work and it shows.

What to say about McAdams Excavation. When I first contacted them, Ken was very friendly and set up a time to come out to the house and go over the scope of the project that we needed done. When he came out he looked at everything and said he would put together a quote and get back to me. The initial project was to replace and install a new exterior French drain along the back of the house that we had a problem with over the winter with a frost heave actually lifting the corner of the house. He also suggested that he should put heat tape into the drain pipe to keep them from freezing during the winter, he went as far to say they would automatically come on when the weather got cold and turn off when everything warmed up in the spring and they came with a 10 year warranty. Then he pointed out that there was old asphalt out there and it should be removed so they could regrade the surface under the deck and the entire backyard to have the water drain away from the house. This father and son duo team were just amazing. They had accommodated my changes I requested throughout our project and we couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Phenomenal job.. I had McAdams install French drains around my house after experiencing flooding in my basement for the first time in 16 years. After the install they expertly landscaped the part of the yard where they excavated and it looks great. I had obtain multiple quotes from other companies who came in very high and offered only one solution. Rowan took the time to listen to me and offer up various solutions. The attention to detail of the work was top rate. We had three sink holes in our yard that they took care of for us, as well as spreading loam for us to start a lawn in the spring. I very highly recommend McAdams Excavation.
