We had an amazing experience with Frank. He was responsive, friendly, transparent, efficient, and priced very reasonably. Definitely give him a call if you have any plumbing issues. He diagnosed the issue and quickly replaced the part needed for repair to our hot water. Great customer service!

Frank was a pleasure to work with. I had my boiler and oil tank removed and converted to gas. The work went quick with no mess. I was completely at ease with his expertise and professionalism.

LOOK NO FURTHER…I cannot say enough good things about Frank McIntosh! He is a very experienced plumber with high ethics. He always diagnosed my plumbing issues correctly. I remember one incident specifically when my upstairs shower was leaking water down into my kitchen. Frank said he would need to open the back splash behind my stove to determine the actual location of the leak. Based on his expertise he only removed 3 tiles from my back splash and voila! This was exactly where the leak was. Any other plumber would’ve demolished my entire backsplash. This was only one of many instances where his expertise saved me money and avoided extra unnecessary repairs. Frank has been my plumber for over 20 years, if something is out of his scope like a cesspool issue, he knows to step back and recommend the right person for the repair. Frank is no nonsense, some may view him a bit serious, a no small talk guy but I happen to like this and throughout the years we’ve established a friendly relationship. I recommend him to all my friends and family, they too are very satisfied with Frank. I’m someone who is very picky and hold people to high standards so for me to write such a glowing review its because he absolutely earned it!

Came as promised with the correct part and installed it without any issues. Completely professional.

Do not hire this company. He told me he was familiar w radiant heat but then he could not be bothered troubleshooting the various zones. He told me the thermostats were not working. He bypassed two thermostats. He told me I needed a new circulator but he did not have one on the truck. He came back the next day, replaced the circulator. I did not have heat in the first floor. He said it was an electrical problem and he couldn't help me. He left w the two bedroom zones on continuously (no control) and no heat in the house. He overcharged me for two service calls. Billy Gs heating and a/c came out a few days later. Within 20 mins he told me the electrical was fine. The upstairs thermostat needed two aa batteries. He bled the whole system and I now have heat, controlled by thermostats, in the whole house. DO NOT HIRE MCINTOSH! CALL BILLY GS!!

Called and Frank responded same day. Looked at the problem and then explained what had to be done. Job was done same day and my problem was solved. Will use them again for my next plumbing issue if one arises. Would definitely recommend them. Fred C. in East Northport
