I wanted to resolve a list of minor electrical issues, and contacted Darren of DZ Electric (found them on HomeAdvisor, and also checked Google reviews). Darren had one of his master electricians, Rob, come by almost immediately, and get started on the necessary work. As part of his walk around, Rob noted that our original service drop was installed using wire insulation that was sensitive to the UV in sunlight, and had degraded. Darren had a larger team come back in a few days to replace the service drop, and finish up my to-do list. As I compare the overall experience with DZ versus other electrical contractors I've dealt with on Long Island and CT, I can tell you that DZ is by far the best. This business is run the way a business should be run - responsive to queries, online 24x7, smart troubleshooting, and very clean trade work. They left the work site spotless.
