Jeff Albert had inspected a house in Natick, MA for me. His inspection was in mid August, 2019. He started his job inspecting first outside the house. He went through every detail of the house step by step. He went on the roof and found some damage on it. Despite it being a hot day and no cooling system, he inspected everything. Even though, he is not required to look at the dishwasher, he checked it for me to see whether it is working. He found mold in the house, which the seller had tried to hide by painting over! He found termites in an unexpected place, that I doubt anyone else would be able to find. Jeff is very detailed and an excellent inspector. I recommend him.
