Matt Renovations

Owning a property remotely can be an uncomfortable thing but knowing that we have a handyman like Matt around gives us a ton of peace. Recently we had him replace a small 4' x 10' deck at our front door and he did an incredible job. I loved that his initial quote included a 3d rendering along with a full cost break down so we knew exactly what work was going to be done. For those of you that are remote owners, you can be confident that his communication is top notch and after we got the correct permits, he took care of everything top to bottom and sent lots of pictures along the way. I cant say enough good things about Matt that the work they did.

Matt did quite a few jobs for us but since I can only pick one project, I chose the sump pump installation and he did an A+ job. Originally, he came to install a weatherproof, insulated door to our outside crawl space. While he was here, he checked and found that our pipes were not insulated. He immediately fixed that issue and now we have fully insulated pipes. He also checked the sump pump and found out that we didn't have one and installed it for us. He also installed a new kitchen sink faucet; hung my blinds in all my windows, cut up and removed our small back deck after we discovered rotted wood and installed new insides to one of our toilets. He was also here when Lowe's delivered our washer and dryer. He took the door frames off so the dryer could be brought in and also reinstalled the venting properly. Matt is an honest, hardworking guy who is very reliable, responsive, and an all around nice guy. We call Matt for everything knowing he will do an exemplary job at a reasonable price. We are very lucky to have found him.

Matt Renovations did a complete remodel of my bathroom including tile, jacuzzi installation, and new vanities. It came out better than I could have imagined. I am super happy.

Very cooperative, fulfilled all my needs of window install , straight plum water proved as it should ,all work done in time and clean thank you .

I needed someone to finish my new countertop in the kitchen. He prepared butcher blocks, cut the hole to the sink and installed everything. He is very hardworking and kind person. I will hire him again to work on my deck after winter. Highly recommend him
