Did an absolutely great job fixing my carpet issues! I wish I knew about Dale before I hired the carpet company I did. Superior customer service!! Don’t go to anyone else but him.

Dale did an amazing job! He was very responsive with my questions and getting a date scheduled for the work. He moved any furniture that needed to be moved and put it back. He did carpet stretching in my home and did a great job! It was kind of challenging as the original carpet layers put a ton of staples and he had to remove them, without complaint. He explained everything he was doing. He was pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend his service, he stated he also does new carpet projects as well. All around great service, I will definitely recommend him to my friends/family with future projects!

I had a great experience with Mathew's Flooring. Called to let me know about the arrival time and was very professional. I needed my bedroom re-stretched to remove a wave. I was very satisfied with the work.

Dale did a fantastic job on stretching and trimming our carpet. Two bedrooms and the living room. We had many bubbles that were becoming a safety concern and he took care of all of the issues. Dale had me look at each section as he completed it to make sure I thought it was done well. He told me we had high quality carpet and the original carpet layers did a good job on the stairs, but failed to use a stretcher on the smaller areas. Dale moved the big pieces of furniture and vacuumed along the way. I did a final “walk through” and am very pleased with the results. He is definitely a 5 star performer and we will not hesitate to recommend him. Friendly and courteous too.
