The owner, Tim, same out to look at the problem and gave a very reasonable quote. He told me next week and showed up in time even though it was raining. He and his workers kept workingthrough the rain and completed the job at 6:30 pm with flattening the loose ground with his incredible versatile Bob Cat track back hoe and blade. This was a broken water line approximately 113 feet. No problums with their wonderful job at all. I highly recommend them to everyone.

They performed multiple plumbing projects for me on two houses (not just the specific project above). They were very knowledgeable, worked extremely fast and were very reasonably priced. I was very please at all worked they performed. I will continue to use them, and would highly recommend them to everyone needing plumbing services.

New Year's Eve and we needed hot water. Masters of Disasters responded immediately and came out to access the issue. I was surprised that the first thing they did was contact the tech center of the manufacturer of our tankless heater to see if it could be repaired. They did perform several options and got it working, but could not say how long the repair would last. From there they left and researched a new system, which we decided on as the unit we had was over 4 years old and not the best quality, and they returned two hours later to install and make sure we had working hot water over the holiday. Very professional, quality work, full explanation of what was happening, did not waste time, and the workmen were polite and took care to clean up. The office customer service was excellent and made contact to be sure we were happy with service. Would highly recommend and Masters of Disasters Plumbing will now be the only service we use.

Very profession and very polite. I was told they would email me a receipt, however I have not received one. I need one as swiftly as possible, as I am not able to close on our house until I get this to our title company!

This company is amazing, we had a water pipe burst, theycam out after hours on a Friday night, they were extremely fair on their price, prompt and very professional, when we have plumbing needs in the future we will use no one else!!!
