Very pleasant to deal with. Felt very honest, wasnâ t trying to sell me services I didnâ t need. They totally cleaned up the area- looked like they were never there. Wouldnâ t hesitate to call on them again.

I had 4 companies come out, 2 of them stating I needed a sump pump without even looking outside, or listening to other solutions I had from from other contractors. I HIGHLIGHLY recommend Mastercraft Waterproofing They told me that I absolutely did NOT need a sump pump and it was an issue with the sealing on the outside of the chimney. Water was coming through one of the seams. This was the only company who looked inside and outside on my property. Their work has a lifetime guarantee for what I had done, and saved me $1,000. Tom and Rob are the owners and came out for the quote, and were the ones who did the work. Personable, professional, reliable and cannot recommend them enough. They sent a follow up email for additional recommendations long term, with pictures of the project from start to finish. Please call them if you have water in your basement instead of these large companies who will tell you that you have a huge pool of water surrounding your house. Mastercraft Waterproofing does it all and will be able to help!

We can't say enough good things about everyone we worked with at Mastercraft. From the response to our initial inquiry all the way through to the completion of the project, we were met with five star knowledge, communication, service, and professionalism.

To remediate seepage along the bottom of a concrete-block basement wall that backs onto a hill, Mastercraft Waterproofing recommended and installed a drainage system along the interior bottom of the wall. From initial consult to the end of the job, I found M W owner Rob Racki to be very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. He and his partner finished the job on the earlier end of the time estimated, and left the work area spotless. They took and provided me with photos of the work in progress, which will be valuable when I decide to sell my home. I also appreciate that they were willing to wear masks during our face-to-face conversations. The only reason I rated Value for Money with 3 stars was that theirs was the only estimate I got for the job, so I have no other price to compare with.

Mastercraft was excellent at their diagnosis and recommendation for repair. They were efficient in getting us a proposal and completed the work in a timely and careful fashion. Additionally, they included one thing in there proposal which was not ultimately needed, and we were able to deduct that from the cost.
