Rob and Tom are the masters at their craft, no pun intended. It was a pleasure working with them both to ease any concerns we had about our foundation. They were helpful and spent an hour with me on the phone walking through every detail of what my concerns were, educating me, and never once selling me (I lead a sales team so that was huge), to eventually understand the problem and paint the picture on how they can help. We have other needs at the house and will definitely use them in the future. Check around like I did on price and you will not beat them for the quality they provide. Sure some may be cheaper, but they will not put the pride of work into what they did with our house. The before and after work with the pictures they provide is pretty telling and they show you the materials used, walk you through what happens, and how this will help. Can't wait to use them again for other projects and they receive my highest recommendation. Thanks again guys!

We have been extremely happy with the work and customer service we received from Rob and Tom at Mastercraft. I appreciate the amount of detail they go into explaining the job and even going into the history of the job, helping me understand how my 80+ year home was originally built, how things have changed over time, and how to integrate the two. I appreciate the work they have done in my basement and will go to them for jobs in the future.

We were lucky enough to come across Rob and Mastercraft after a couple days of looking around for local businesses. After inquiring via HomeAdvisor, I received a call from Rob within the same hour and was able to get an on-site consultation within the same week. Rob and his team were transparent and informative from the get go and he was able to deliver a quote within 24 hours of the consult. We hired them for 2 jobs (indoor and outdoor) and they did outstanding work. The amount of work they were able to do with 2 people was incredible.
