The mold inspectors were courteous, professional, and responsive to questions about the mold inspection. We discussed possible concerns with mold, the possible causes and likely remediation steps. This company generally performs an inspection without pressing to perform a subsequent remediation. This maintains the integrity of the inspection. But I was so impressed with the inspector(s) that I think I will also have this same company perform the remediation. As promised, I received an informative report on the mold within a few days of the inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick turn-around time!

Chris was a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond in collecting donations for us and especially for my grandchildren. She was a pleasure to work with and the pricing is fair in light of discovering my elderly father had no insurance on his house...another company showed up and were quick to bring equipment to begin drying out the water damage-they were rude, pushy and he did not keep his word as to a quote we shook on. They do extensive moisture and mold testing. If you need this type of service after heavy rains or a hurricane or for other reasons, they are a great company to hire as they test for many different types of mold organisms. Just be careful with their reports, they tried to charge me for a report I didn't request just in order for them to work with my insurance company. Make sure you keep the communications very clear with them.
