For someone who is skeptical of contractors, given my fair share of bad experiences, I never thought I'd write this kind of review. Master Pro gave me a price to replace my entire flat roof soup to nuts, which made other contractors laugh, telling me it could not be done. After getting numerous other quotes, I almost became convinced this was true, but there was something about Zack - the owner - that made me feel he was being honest and transparent. He thoroughly addressed all my concerns, explaining how he was able to beat the other prices and broke down his plan of attack--- including a list of materials, where he was getting them from, how many guys he would bring, when he would start, etc. The contract was drawn up outlining all of the work at hand and the deposit amount was more than fair considering the scope of the job. He was clear in communicating the need for the weather to hold up---and of course it rained, which caused a delay, but you could tell he was making my job a priority to ensure the timing listed on the contract was adhered to as closely as possible. It was easy to coordinate with him, and I never had to call him once to prompt any of the next steps. Once the day was upon us, they showed up punctually with a full crew as advertised and they were clean, efficient and respectful of the property. Roof work can be difficult to track and assess qualitatively, because it requires that you climb a ladder and get up there if you want to verify everything is done correctly. Zack and his team sent me endless photos every step of the way to assuage my concerns and I was incredibly impressed with the speed and quality of their work. On day 2, which was slated to be the final day of the project, I could tell from the pictures coming in that they were close to being finished right on time. As planned, I received a call early in the evening to inform me that they were finishing up and that I should head over to walk and talk through everything that had been completed. Zack provided me with the most thorough walkthrough and detailed each nuance of his work with a sense of pride that is truly rare with vendors like these. The craftsmanship is practically perfect and he used the best materials, unlike a lot of contractors who cheap out to improve on their margins. I am beyond impressed and satisfied with Master Pro Construction and will 100% use them again for anything that comes up. These guys are positively legit! They are honest and truly get the big picture need to satisfy their clients; not just with the customer service, but also with the quality of their work. I honestly could not be happier with this experience. Thank you Zack!
