The repair person showed up as scheduled. But I should have written down the business phone number when I made the appointment, so I could have confirmed the appointment the day before, instead of guessing if any one would have showed up. The home advisor app did not send me any confirmation.

These guys are the best contractors I have dealt with! Let me explain why. So I just purchased a new home and there was a lot of work that we wanted to get done quickly (in advance of our baby coming). I have dealt with 20+ contractors related to work I was getting done on my roof, deck, gutters/fascia boards, chimney etc. Out of all of these contractors, these were my favorite and best to work with. They responded immediately anytime I texted or called. Always reassured me and got rid of any concerns I had (trust me I was a pain in their butt and I was that way because its overwhelming at times spending this money on the house and I wanted to be sure I knew what was being done). They showed up on time when they said they were going to every single time. They did beautiful work (I am already receiving compliments on their masonry work they did on my chimneys). And they offered a reasonable price and did not push additional work. I actually had other chimney people coming over saying that I needed to get additional work done at a ridiculous cost. One guy said he needed to crack my flues on the boiler chimney to insert the liner because it would not fit and that this was going to cost $500 just to crack the flues (plus tried to charge $600 for a cleaning that did not need to get done on a brand new chimney). These guys at Master Pro said we do not need to do that and did the work at a good price without the extra cost of cracking flues. They took pictures of all their work so you could see what they did and they come from a hardworking family who prides themselves on their good work and emphasizes how they want to sleep at night and make sure the customer is happy (have to respect this). The work they did for me was rebuilding the main fireplace chimney from ground up, redoing all the masonry work on the boiler chimney, and inserting a stainless steel liner for the boiler chimney. Just call them and see for yourself.

We hired Master Pro after interviewing a dozen or more different companies to repair our roof. Then Zach told that we need a new roof. He gave us a really reasonable price with highly materials. Great service, great work, these guys are total professionals, from work crews to the bosses, from start to clean up. We are very pleased and have no complaints at all! I highly recommend them.
