Wish I could attach photos. Had 2 rooms done, kitchen came out good. Mudroom? Brutal. Removed drop ceiling and wanted master plaster to fix up underneath(super old cracking plaster, some gaps, etc). They filled any gaps with new drywall but did not remove/replace the old cracking plaster. Instead they plastered over it, it immediately was cracking through, and apparently that was my fault for not telling them exactly what to do(Im not a plasterer so I would expect THEM to say what is right). The kicker? When I showed them it was cracking already they said they knew it would do that and I could pay them to fix it. Numerous attempts at calling and emailing them to attempt resolving this and been totally ignored. A shame because they do good work elsewhere, but total waste of money in the mudroom.

We had an excellent experience with Master Plastering and Services. Great Communication via text, phone and email. They delivered on time, at a very competitive price and left our home spotless. The crew was respectful of our home, protected all surfaces to and from the outside. While it was a small job, they blended the new and old so well you would never know we had work done. A++

We had portions of the wall cut out for pipe repairs. When they were done it looked like new. However there was a miscommunication about sanding the wall when finished. It was not made clear to me that they were not going to sand and smooth it down. When they were ready to leave I was confused about the sanding. They called the office and I spoke to someone there who told me that we had to hire a painter to sand and smooth it down. I wish I knew that ahead of time. I was the painter. We were not hiring someone to do that. Also, and this is NO disrespect AT ALL, there was a language barrier and we could not really communicate at all. Someone should be able to speak to me in a way that we can at least understand each other. I had to download an app, type in my question and show the guys my phone. That was not a huge help though. I chose the wrong language and they could not read it. Again, no disrespect meant, just a homeowner trying to talk to people doing work in my house. Although they did a good job I probably would choose a different company next time. Overpriced for the work done.
