I followed up with hiring them to do additional tasks including, roofing, vinyl siding repair, storm door installation, fence repair and hedge stump removal. From a great website, to Amy, the incredible office manager who answers emails promptly and professionally, to the crew Tony sent out to replace two three panel Andersen door sets and two sliders. Eddie, the crew chief, was amazing and went to extreme details to do things right! Spending 6 hours extra on the second day did not change the price, which was exactly as quoted. The work crew was extremely efficient and did a terrific job. I expanded the scope of the project because I was so satisfied with the work that I asked if they could also paint and stain the deck after the repairs and replacements on railings, floorboards, and supports. They also did very timely repairs on an apartment I had already rented, so the tenant was coming in a couple of weeks. The double deck looks like new!
