Mark was not only very knowledgeable but very responsive & good with communication, & very fair with the price for the 2 diff. appliances. Plus when an unusual complication/problem arose after his repair he quickly returned & it was not his responsibility, but a problem with the GFI breaker which he corrected & =pointed out how we could deal with it. I definitely would hire him again & highly recommend him to my friends. John C

Mark was awesome. Came out right away in November and swapped out the heating element for our dryer. A few months later, something wasn't working right, we called them and they came in the next day, analyzed the situation and figured out it was a defective part and he changed it out no charge. Mark and his team are professional, polite, clean and organized. Highly recommend Mass Appliance! - John

Mike from Mass Appliance came out the sane day, he diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it very quickly. very reasonable pricing, and quick reliable service definitely would call again left everything perfect!!
