Mr. Jimenez and his crew did an excellent job installing Christmas lights on the Red Maple in front of my house. The crew worked diligently to ensure that the lights were perfectly placed. Mr. Jimenez was timely, professional, and seemed to enjoy his work. I highly recommend him, and plan to use him again next Christmas season.

Mario responded very quickly. He stopped by the very next day, accessed and accurately diagnosed the problem, and later that night, provided a reasonable cost estimate and time to return and repair my system. He came out and repaired the problem within the timeframe as promised. Upon finishing the work, he explained what he had done and why. Also, he provided very helpful advise on maintaining and winterizing my system. I would definitely call on and refer others to him in the future.
