Marti is as reliable as you can find. She is very detailed and will do any additional task I ask. She is friendly and I feel totally comfortable having her in my home when I am gone. It is so refreshing to come home from work with a spotless home that Marti took care of.

I was charged almost $300, which was not agreed on, by Marti to clean a new fully vacant apartment. I was told it was extra to clean the stove and fridge, which is absolutely ridiculous. Not only was the clean not good, because I had to have her come back out. The stove and the fridge were not even cleaned, even though that was the extra charge! She was completely unreasonable when I tried make the complaint.

This was a new empty apartment clean that included washing walls, windows, windowsills, detailing floors, baseboards, cabinets cleaned inside & out, refrigerator & stove inside (which is always an extra charge for inside appliances) & out along with pulling them out & Cleaning behind them. Customer was given a discount & explained that I could not scrape paint off of appliances because I would scratch the appliance. My work was double checked.

Marti and her ladies are an outstanding crew, friendly, prompt and do a fabulous job! Marti will randomly spot check her team's cleanings, to ensure a quality clean. We can't wait for the COVID restrictions to be lifted so we can get back to our weekly cleaning. We miss them and the great work they do.
