Mario and Mario Landscaping and Masonry Services, LLC

I hired Mario Casillas in January of 2023 for some landscaping and to build a 6'x40' patio covering. After completing some work he refused to apply for a building permit for the patio covering. I paid $12,500 to start project. We agreed that after his refusal for the permit he would send me a refund statement for work done. He over charged me work not in contract or done. I contacted ROC and Mario Casillas sent ROC inspector a phony refund statement with my forged signature before day of inspection . With this forged statement Mario Casillas told the inspector that I agreed with my refund money that he refunded to me. I never signed this phony statement and took Mario Casillas to court . The judge agreed that signature was most likely forged . In court in front of the judge his assistant and I Mario Casillas held up the forged statement and said he knows I signed it because it matches my driver's license signature. I have a CD court copy of his full statements he made in court.

Mario and his son are very personable, helpful and offered other services that they provide. I will use them again.
