William is very knowledgeable about the product, takes the time to explain everything and provides maintenance tips. Very rare to find someone like him these days. We highly recommend him he strives to make the customer happy and comfortable with the work. He is punctual, and delivers what he says he will.

William was delightful to work with. He phoned me within a minute of my request being sent to Home Advisor. We made an appointment for two days later. He showed up a few minutes before our appointment time (no so common in my area) and was able to give me a quote within a few minutes. We scheduled the granite cleaning, polishing and resealing for two days later. Again, he showed up on time and did a beautiful job in less than the estimated time. I'm very happy and will certainly recommend him to friends and neighbors.
