I requested a quote online for resealing and restoring my quartzite countertop after reviewing this business’ reviews. I live about forty miles away. When Demarcus called me, he said he would stop by the very next day to review what was needed. He showed up when promised, quickly appraised the situation, confirmed I needed a simple cleaning and resealing, and proceeded to complete it right then. He also provided care and product tips and answered all my questions. His price was less than 20 percent of what a local merchant had quoted with a required two month lead time. I appreciated that Demarcus was professional, polite, and didn’t try to upsell me. I was very happy with this service and highly recommend them.

I needed granite in my kichen cut for a new sink. Dominick De Pass was recommended to me by Jackson Stoneware, a company that I trusted. When I called I was told there was no Dominick and I must have meant Marcus. Marcus was very amiable and I told him that my biggest concern was the granite dust-- that it had to be mitigated and he assured me that would be the case. I told him there was a vulnerable person in the house with pulmonary issues and he assured me that the area would be covered in plastic and he'd have filters and vacuums etc. The place was a disaster. The house was filled with that fine granite dust--everything was covered with it. Marcus covered himself & the sink with plastic the strenth of Saran wrap and it had a large hole in it & the dust was flying out of it. Our handyman was here & luckily saw it and tried to fill that hole with a towel. Marcus put the healh of my family in jeopardy & it cost us a lot to get it remdiated by a professional cleaning company.

Do NOT hire this company! We hired them for a simple granite trim job, which Demarcus assured us he does all the time and was well within his area of expertise. A simple straight countertop trim. Here are the fruits of his labor. My beautiful granite is ruined.

Shower looks brand new. Much cheaper than a full remodel. Never realized that it could look this great. Demarcus was extremely professional.
