Majco Roofing

I am so glad that I chose Peter and the Majco team to replace my roof. Peter was prompt and efficient, delivering a precise quote in no time. He was very communicative in advance of the project, keeping me appraised of details, decisions, and the schedule. The team arrived and worked like a well-oiled machine until the project was complete, mere hours later. My yard was left in excellent condition. Great communication, good pricing, and complete the job in one day

Majco was prompt and efficient. I did find a few very small pieces of debris left behind but it was minimal. Roof was done in 1 day.

Their bid came in quite a bit lower than anyone else we contacted. This can sometimes make me nervous... **will they cut corners? How do they do it so cheap?** No, they do not cut corners and hell if I know how they do it so cheap but they do and the quality was top notch. We have a Victorian home with a tower and complicated and steep roof. They pulled it off and made it look easy. They were respectful of us as property owners and no harm came to our plants or outdoor furniture. They made suggestions that I had not thought of that were ultimately more work for them and no extra money from me. For example they took down and hauled away an assortment of satellite dishes that have been accumulating on my roof. So, if you have a roofing job hire Majco. You will not get better work for this kind of value. It took them 2 full days when they had indicated it could be done in one, but that is a minor issue and I am glad they took their time and did it right.

We have had others do repairs on the roof and it still leaked. This time 2 big rain storms and no leaks. Very professional very nice done in one day and cleaned everything up. I definitely would use them again.

Such a wonderful experience from estimate to the end of the project! Peter Mitschele, the owner is very responsive, respects your ideas, and shares his inputs in such a great and calm manner. Extremely hard-working and respectful crew. They installed my roof in a 92 'F in one day, you should be there and witness their capability! Amazing! I am working with Peter hoping they take over some of the other internal projects I have as well. I recommended MAJCO to my friends and family already and I encourage you to talk to Peter if you have property improvement in mind.

MAJCO's owner Peter and employees were friendly, professional and efficient. Peter was great to work with from start to finish. He quoted out the job and his crew was putting the new roof on within the week. His crew worked quickly and kept an eye on my many gardens, something I had been nervous about. I had no need to worry. Everything looked well-cared for when they packed up and left. My gardens were just as they had been as they were fully protected during the process. The roof looks amazing! I still can't believe that they were able to do it all in a day! I highly recommend Peter and his crew.

Peter was very personable and responsive. He provided references and insurance certificates without being asked. He was able to get the work scheduled quickly. He showed up personally at the start and end of the job. He also was able to do a couple small "extras" at no charge. The team was efficient, quiet, efficient, personable, and cleaned everything up when done. I highly recommend Peter and his company.
