I have an in ground pool and spa to maintain for the first time. Carlos patiently explained everything he did to my pool and showed me how to operate the equipment. He was very patient and knowledgeable. By the time he and his co-worker left, my pool was sparkling and warming up for use the next day. I could not ask for more.

Our pool is about 10 yrs old, has never been drained. Therefore the calcium build up on the sides was pretty tremendous, to say the least.The pool needed to be professionally sandblasted.Carlos was wonderful He came out confirmed the quote he had given over the phone, didn't judge us at all, but offered such helpful info for the future. In the Antelope Valley the winds are crazy and the day they were to come out, they couldn't. The next day they came and Carlos because of the delay, gave us a discount besides. They were kind, courteous and did the greatest job for an almost impossible task. They are the BEST! My family highly recommends them to anyone with a pool that needs such work done or just your every day pool care. We'll never go to anyone else. Thank you Carlos/ Jane
