The maids were late, but did not call, and were unfriendly and condescending to me in my own home. The cleaning job was not complete -- the maids moved items to clean around them, and then did not put the items back. They did not clean thoroughly. This was a very expensive mistake. I've paid less for a LOT better service. I'll never use your service again.

For a first time cleaning, the rate was a little steep- almost $200 dollars for 2 hours of service. I don't mind paying that, but everything should have been immaculate, with no detail missed. The dusting and bathroom detail was not thorough enough to warrant this kind of $- lots of spots were missed. It wasn't the "deep cleaning" that was promised. However, the personnel, timeliness and courtesy was fantastic... they were very easy to work with.
