Scott surveyed a 6.675 acre wooded property in Lebanon County Pa.. Scott is a down to earth, well spoken person whose integrity is consistently obvious as you progress with the job. Scott produced a clear description of the boundries to put into a new deed. With his plain English description I can virtually walk the borders and identify every marker. A new plat did not need to be created so I saved $400. The property is in Lebanon County, Pa. I live in Virginia, a 3 hour drive to Lebanon County. We conducted the entire transaction flawlessly via telephone conversations and e-mail.

I wasn't home when Scott Hogg of Magnorth showed up, but I understand he got straight to work. He had all pins set and marked by the time I arrived. Scott walked me around the property while explaining his methods and how each point was determined. His work gives me peace of mind knowing the upcoming privacy fence will be properly place and not infringe on either neighbor's yard.

After surveyor came out and found original markers buried, he gave us our options and allowed us to save money! We had searched other companies and feel we made the best choice. The right choice. Very pleased!
