confirm pricing in writing

This was a couple hours job where the customer provided the custom material that was extremely hard to install and we are usually charging for this type of material 3 times the regular price.I wanted to help and made agreement through our recorded line for 150$ labor although it should be 500.The reason we did it was because we wanted to help this elder customer.We also do appreciate the nice review he provided

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
