Reviews
Write a ReviewEfficient and quick! Gave great advice for future concerns.
So he came to the house and gave a good price. We asked if he was licensed and he said yes so we were comfortable hiring Richie Traub. Well very early we figured out that he wasn;t consistent. He seems to band-aid a job and being that it is in the attic who would ever know. Well so far he has been paid 100%. The A/C we paid for doesn't work. All A/C come with plenum for the duct. Richie actually rigged one instead of giving us the new one that comes with the system. He has replaced some parts in the brand new system, which I'm sure will render the Mfg warranty void. He came over today to fix a problem and my bf was upset about getting ripped off. They argued and my bf called the cops. Now Richie announced he is moving to Arizona on Sunday and the company will no longer exist. I never call anyone a crook, but that is what he has proven to be. He& is using someone elses contractors lic because he doesn't have one. Today I contacted him and said he doesn' have to deal with my boyfriend. He said if it is not working call someone to fix it. Wow, I never thoght this would happen to me. Guys like this should never be allowed to work in your home. I am going to have to hold the contractor accountable as he knows and allows this guy to use his lic. Oh and we paid him early because he needed the cash.
I gave them EXACTLY what they paid for, everything works fine, I refused to ever walk on the property again, he wanted the plenum changed after the fact, but refused to pay for it, said he ran out of money.. Even the re-modelers quit... My only negative review, some people are just miserable no matter what you do....
Excellent
Trying to sell things at higher prices
Nothing was overpriced, just a customer that you JUST could not make happy, their chimney cap was leaking and we only charge $150 to install a new one so she assumed it was too much, she got 5-star service like every one of my other customers!!! check the reviews.
They did exactly what I asked of them.
He was very nice with me. He put pipe on backwards but was more than willing to replace and accommodate at no cost.
Thank you!!
The recent winds in Fontana ripped my chimney cover and it was just hanging up there and making noise with the slightest wind. I called on Wednesday and Richard from Madison air called me right away. He came out on Thursday and replaced my chimney cover that day. They were early and it took about an hour. I have a 3 story house. Richard and his employee were very nice and explained everything to me. He even check the fireplace for me giving me some tips regarding the placement of the logs and other things. Cost wise I have nothing to compare it with but was okay with the amount, especially since they came right away. Didn’t want birds to build a nest or any other animal to get in there. Yes, I would recommend Madison Air. If you need anything done regarding your chimney, call them. Thank you Madison Air!!!
Thank You!!!!
They were very knowledgeable and was able to help fix my fireplace and inspect the chimney
Thank you, see you on 3/4/21 with your screen!!
The owner seemed straightforward and explained what was needed. It is certainly not my area of expertise, so I went with my gut feeling and had him do the work. He kept the area clean and did the work for what I hope was a reasonable price.
Richey returned my call promptly, showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner.
