Randy was great. We were just looking for a quote. He said it wouldn't cost anything for the quote but told us the rate if his team needed to come down. He came down the same day (on a Sunday during the Packers/Bears game!) and after talking with my husband, told him we didn't need to hire his company. He told my husband exacly what to do and was available for consultation by phone afterwards. Randy was very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Randy is friendly and very easy to work with. He makes everything involved in the job clear at the outset, and uses written contracts. He was extremely helpful with all aspects of the restoration of our basement after it was flooded with 3 feet of water, sharing his contacts for other professionals to help with parts of the project that his company did not handle directly. We reached out to Madison Property Restoration (MPR) via an online search through moldspecialiststoday.com and we were contacted no later than 10 minutes after filling out the online form. My girlfriend was so sick that she was unable to schedule the appointment, so I contacted MPR when I got home and Randy, the owner, was extremely professional and courteous from our initial conversation. I inquired about an appointment setup time and he told me he could be at our house within 45 minutes to help. I should mention this was late on a Saturday afternoon! In fact, Randy arrived 15 minutes before his ETA and conducted his search and tests immediately. He was efficient, astute, and made us feel very comfortable, even in a very distressing situation.
