Mark was great, knowledgeable and approachable when he came to give me the estimate. The estimate was significantly better than the two other quotes I got. He was able to schedule the job within a couple of days of me getting the charger. Everything was very clean and organized and he was patient with my questions. He handled the permit paperwork as well, and when I scheduled the follow-up inspection, everything passed through the virtual inspection very easily and quickly.

The work was done in a expedient and professional manner. All my questions were answered with clarity which put my wife and I at ease.

Mark was very communicative prior to coming for the installation. We quoted the Tesla Wall Charger installation site unseen for a basic (same wall as the panel), and extended project (routing to the center of the garage). Both quotes were competitive, and he was able to complete the job within a few hours of arrival. Upon getting to the house, Mark was able to provide the advice needed as to where to place the charger, as we walked through the convenience and practicality of the best fit. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Mark was also cognizant that I was working from home and managed to limit interruptions. Mark installed Tesla Wall Connector. Came out to site to view the property and gave me immediate fair estimate. Once I pulled City permit, he installed the next day. Perfect job and I highly recommend him.

Mark was informative and asked the right questions when scoping for the EV Charge installation. He then provided a competitive quote and was available to come and do the installation at short notice. Once on site, he has an easy going manner and is informative. The job was completed as described and in the end he actually billed me less than quoted as the work ended-up being less than anticipated. I really couldn't recommend MW Electric more.
