The work he did was excellent and crew was very professional. Had large areas of stone patios, verandas a marble columns cleaned and sealed and interior granite surfaces cleaned, sealed and polished. Only hitch was asked for estimate for bathroom tile floor and it turned out he had only estimated toilet area. Bit of a surprise at the end of the project. On the other hand he used some excess product to seal entry steps - which weren’t part of the bid. Overall excellent and take away was I should have paid more attention to quote.

Finding quality contractors can be hit or miss, but Matt does quality and timely work at a fair price.
