M.Snyder Construction

Mike Snyder did some work and care on our house in Auburn. We live out of town and he went above and beyond taking care of us. He is reliable, gives reasonable quotes and does excellent work. We have upcoming repairs needed on our house and will be using him again.

Excellent service, great pricing and already looking into getting more work done and paid them $3,800 to complete the job.

I was very pleased with this company. They were polite, capable and worked well as a team. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent contractor! Responded right away. Paid attention and did everything I asked them to. Workers were a delight to deal with. Work performed was top notch. Came when they said they would. Fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Our backyard ground cover was out of control and needed to be removed, along with raking and removing leaves from our easement and general spring clean-up. Jay was great to work with from start to finish. This was not an easy job, but he and his crew had our yard looking beautiful in under three hours. We definitely will be using Snyder & Sons Lawn and Landscaping for fall and spring clean-up in the future, as well as other landscaping projects..

Work was well done except it appears that not all of the weeds were removed prior to re-mulching. I thought the pricing was a bit high, as I was only charged 2/3 of the price to have the beds initially created, but maybe it has to do with inflation.

We needed a very large stone fireplace removed and then that area merged with 3 small closets to make a bedroom. Mike gave us an estimate up front, not knowing for sure what they would run into. The fireplace was huge (at least 4' x 4') and there were repairs to the foundation that needed to be made, but he managed to keep it within $1000 of the original budget. He also replaced several posts, stairs and railings on our outdoor deck stairs leading from our 2nd floor to our gazebo. That also came in pretty close to budget. He was able to get to the job within about 10 days of when I first called him. The workers were great... here on time every day and respectful of our home. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
