Extremely professional, friendly & helpful. Jacob (the tech assigned) arrived on time, was knowledgeable, happy to talk me through the task & answer any questions. He methodically diagnosed the system, found the fault & rectified it. He performed a system test, ensuring correct function & operation. I highly recommend trustworthy & professional company.

MSM Solar did an excellent job. Their quote was good as was their work. They quickly found an electrical problem and fixed it.

I was impressed with the initial call. Steve fully explained pricing and service calls. In less than a week he had a knowledgeable tech at my house who found the problem with the circuit breaker right away: bad install (Titan Solar handywork) and fixed me up. He saw a potential issue with the inverter due to the breaker, but tried to get me back online. The inverter ended up giving up, and they ordered a replacement (warranty). Once I let them know it arrived, the tech was back THE NEXT DAY to install. They make me reconsider my negative opinion of solar from my Titan experience. I'm impressed and will keep them on speed dial!

The technician showed up on time. Knowledge experience showed as the technician quickly troubleshot and isolated the problem. The faulty unit was still under warranty and the technician quickly navigated the manufacturers protocol for a return merchandise authorization.

Prompt - took care of what we needed- payment went smooth. Very professional and I’d trust them to do future work. Highly recommend!

Beware! Repair man came to the house and identified the problem but said he did not have the part on his truck that was needed to complete the repair. He returned with the part then charged another $350. So $700 total because he didn't bring the part needed on his first visit! If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a good experience with these guys. They are helping pick up the pieces the solar companies left when they went out of business. Will be using them for the foreseeable future.
