I contacted them re: mold & mildew smell in one of our commercial properties. I had an appointment within 24 hrs. they were very professional . Did an inspection and tested very thorough. Great service was very please with their work.

Left me feeling like I was scammed out of my money... This *business* responded to my inquiry within 30 mins of posting and was at my house for mold level testing a day later. I was told test results would be back within 48 hrs, so I waited a week for feedback. Never received a call from this *business*. I attempted to call them multiple times with no answer. When I called from a different number the call was answered meaning my calls were being ignored intentionally. When I asked about the test results and a future plan of action, I was told an email would be sent after the call ended. The email never came after 2 days of waiting. I paid for a service and received nothing. Definitely sounds like a scam to me... be careful Very unprofessional. Zero value for money spent. Andrew H.

Very prompt and professional service! They came a long distance to help me out on short notice. The crew was very thorough and took pride in their work. They went above and beyond the norm and for an extremely reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company!

During our inspection we saw other hazards in the home areas (basement) that the customer was advised should be tested in the purchase of a new home for a complete home assessment, to which he declined to have performed.
