Initially, these folks were terrific: answered questions immediately, sent someone out to do an assessment right away, did a quick and very clean job installing 2 mini-splits. I'm very happy with the unit downstairs, but the one upstairs in not functioning properly and there seems to be a problem with how the drain was installed. I've contacted Brian at the company 3x over the past 3 weeks. He's written back twice to say he'd contact the repair team. But no one has ever gotten back to me. Absolute crickets. So unfortunately, I can't recommend using them.

I would recommend these guys anything, they were very professional from the start to the finish. I had the ductless mini spit install through the Coned rebate program. They came out to my house and explain everything to me. My estimate was send to me the very next morning. I must say Brian was very patient and explain everything to me on the phone. Within a week they came out and install the system. Everything was completed by the end of day, they even clean up everything, you wouldn't realize that there was any work done. I must say Richard and his crew did an amazing job, the system is working great. I would recommend these guys anytime. Thank you guys for the great job.

I requested them to install 2 condensers and 7 units of mini split heat pump under con Edison instant rebate. They finished their job before 5 with cleaning all the space which they worked places. It is awesome. And the units are very comfortable. I recommen these guys to install the mini split.
