The customer service is amazing. Eric and Steven were knowledgeable and walked us through the process. They said installation would be done in in one day and they were true to their word. They installed 3 compressors, 10 zones and repaired removed and closed up 2 in wall ac units. All in one day and they cleaned up throughout the installation.

Eric came and supervised the entire job. The installers were clearly very experienced and knowledgeable. It was by far the best price we could find. Every step of the way, if they ran into a problem, they addressed it without complaint and with professionalism and efficiency. They had to cut out pieces of our walls in order to access the drain lines and were incredibly generous by saving the pieces and getting a person to come and patch the drywall without an extra charge. Now all we have to do is paint. They also cleaned up incredibly well. I am not exaggerating when I say Eric was washing the floor with a cloth on his hands and knees. We have had so many problems with this HVAC system because we inherited a badly installed low quality system and I'm so relieved to now have a high quality professionally done system with a warranty in hand! Thank you so much Joytech. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a professional HVAC installation.

Very professional and right too the point Would recommend them for anyone I know that wants there mini split install without hesitation!!!! There work is nice and they clean up after themselves like they werenâ t even there!! Thatâ s nice
