Michael was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable; you can tell he has been doing this for many years. Being a contractor himself, Michael has expert level experience in many areas of home improvement, and was extremely thorough with his inspection. Mr Loges was very friendly and professional. He completed my roof inspection by actually climbing on roof and after inspecting it he advised me to replace asap due to several weak spots. Recommended plywood installation due to old weak wood slats currently on roof. Punctual with appointment too.

Michael was very knowledgeable in all areas of the inspection. He made sure that I understood every aspect of the inspection, taking the time to explain areas that I did not comprehend. Because I have an older house I felt it was time to have an overall inspection. Fortunately nothing major was discovered after a detailed MHL Home Inspection. As expected from years of wear several minor improvements were suggested by Michael Loges. What I most appreciated was Michaelâ s honesty! MHL Home Inspection is truly the best!!!
